Leadership Team

At Hope, our staff is accountable to a Leadership Team elected by the members of the congregation (if you're familiar with a traditional elder board, the Leadership Team functions much the same way). We abide by the processes of our bylaws in our congregational meetings and in any decision making to which they apply. It is expected that our leaders maintain standards of conduct in keeping with biblical instructions and values. The protection of children in our care is of highest importance. Those with direct contact with children, and all our staff are subject to a background check and best practices as determined by our leadership team.

The financial reports of the congregation are available to our church family. We want you to know how our offerings are used in the work and ministry of our congregation, and that the confidentiality of individual givers and gifts is carefully protected.
